1. Digital delivery only
TechSolveHQ products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, delivery may include browser-based tool access, account or access instructions, export credits, downloadable files, emailed reports, processed media, or another reasonable digital delivery path.
There is no physical shipping. Customers should keep their own copies of submitted files, links, reports, and delivered outputs.
2. Manual Creator Tools Lab order requests
Submitting a Creator Tools Lab order request does not automatically complete payment or guarantee immediate fulfillment. TechSolveHQ may review the request, confirm the selected product, request additional information, send payment instructions, decline requests that are not appropriate for fulfillment, and provide delivery details after payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery timing
Delivery timing may depend on request complexity, file readiness, review needs, payment confirmation, and operational availability. Any timing communicated for an accepted order is an estimate unless TechSolveHQ confirms otherwise in writing.
4. Refund handling
Refund handling depends on the order status. A request declined before processing may be eligible for cancellation or refund. A request that has already been reviewed, processed, delivered, or substantially completed may not be refundable unless TechSolveHQ determines otherwise.
If payment has already been made for a request that TechSolveHQ declines before processing, TechSolveHQ may cancel or refund the order as appropriate through the payment provider.
5. Revisions and corrections
A reasonable revision or correction request must be tied to the original order and submitted promptly after delivery. Additional work outside the original order may require a separate request and payment.
