By using the TechSolveHQ website, submitting a contact form, submitting a Creator Tools Lab order request, accessing a tool preview, or engaging with TechSolveHQ services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
TechSolveHQ provides product information, creator workflow utilities, tool previews, manual order request workflows, educational/product resources, and links to related products such as Channel Launchpad. Some tools may be free, some may be preview-only, and some may require paid reports, exports, credits, or access passes.
Creator Tools Lab previews are provided for testing workflow and evaluating fit. Preview availability does not guarantee free downloads, exports, reports, unlocks, or commercial use rights. Paid reports, exports, credits, access passes, and bundle access may be handled through a manual order process until automated checkout and account controls are connected.
Submitting an order request does not automatically complete payment or guarantee immediate fulfillment. TechSolveHQ may review the request, confirm the product, request additional information, send payment instructions, decline requests that are not appropriate for fulfillment, and deliver accepted work by email or another reasonable delivery path.

Because early Creator Tools Lab orders may involve manual review, reports, exports, or processing time, refund handling depends on order status. Requests declined before processing may be eligible for cancellation or refund. Requests already reviewed, processed, delivered, or substantially completed may not be refundable unless TechSolveHQ determines otherwise.
Any revision or correction request must be reasonable, tied to the original order, and submitted promptly after delivery.
TechSolveHQ does not claim ownership of user-submitted content. You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your own content. TechSolveHQ owns its website, interface design, product names, workflows, tools, copy, reports, templates, branding, and other TechSolveHQ-created materials unless otherwise stated.
Creator Tools Lab reports, analyses, audio exports, image outputs, and related deliverables are provided as practical workflow support. They are not legal advice, copyright clearance, professional mastering certification, commercial release approval, platform approval, or a guarantee of business, creative, marketplace, streaming, or publishing results.
